Refund policy


If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the boots.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (original courier bag is not required). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This means they cannot be worn outdoors. You may try them on inside your house, but please be mindful that surfaces such as wooden floors and concrete could damage the boots.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be refunded the full cost of the product. Please note that we cannot refund you the cost of shipping the boots to you as well as the cost of shipping the boots back to us. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund so please be mindful of this. 

To request a return, please either use the 'Contact' page on our website or send us a message on Instagram @thebootperspectivenz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will contact you to process the exchange. Any outstanding costs between the two orders will either be refunded back to you, or will be required to be paid by you. Please note that we cannot refund you the cost of shipping the boots to you as well as the cost of shipping the boots back to us. You will also need to pay for the shipping of the new order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the dispute is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will be refunded the full cost of the product as well the shipping costs to send the boots to you, and any shipping costs to send the boots back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, and/or exchanges on gift cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

We also cannot accept returns, refunds, or\exchanges on boots that are more than 3 years past the manufacturing date. Boots that were manufactured more than 3 years ago are at a higher risk of damage due to the age of the boots, as well as having less durability for artificial grass surfaces.
